Our marketing efforts are a partnership between Residual Movement LLC and Ficasave LLC.

"FicaSave" aka "acaFicaSave"
: Refers to the website, services, and content provided by FicaSave and Affiliate Pro.

: Refers to the program we are affiliated with and promote.
"User"
: Refers to any individual or entity using our website and services.

No Endorsement: Affiliate Pro is not the Encompassing Health program, or the company that built or manages “EH” and our services do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the Encompassing Health program. We are advocates and marketers for their business, but we do not control, operate, or administer the Encompassing Health program.

a. No Warranty: Affiliate Pro provides its website, tools, and services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, whether express or implied.
b. No Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, tools, or services. By utilizing our products you agree that neither Affiliate Pro members or members of Residual Movement LLC are liable.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Affiliate Pro at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated terms or ethics.
a) No individual may be a part of more than 1 affiliate business center or a part of any entities that own more than one affiliate center.
b) No self dealing, meaning an affiliate can not be the affiliate representative for any business that they own or actively work for.
c) No recruiting members of Affiliate Pro for outside opportunities.
d) No selling outside products to the Affiliate Pro community without permission from Affiliate Pro.
9. Changes to Terms
Affiliate Pro may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our website and services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota in the county of Dakota.
